The Fiano grapes are selected form low- yielding, fully organic vineyards in the Salento area of southern Puglia.

Enjoyable rich aromas of mango, peaches and sage – a crisp and refreshing palate, with exotic tropical fruit flavours. Finishing incredibly well-balanced, long and persistent.
